Laura Hagopian is the Senior Medical Director at Well and a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician dedicated to solving systemic challenges in healthcare delivery. Her work focuses on applying artificial intelligence and personalized health technology to make healthcare more rewarding, accessible, and effective at the population level. 

Her approach uniquely synthesizes a decade of front-line experience in Emergency Medicine with leadership in health technology. This allows her to architect solutions that are not only innovative and scalable but also deeply grounded in the realities of clinical practice and the true needs of patients.

Vasanth is a Research Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Tufts University. His research work is at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). He uses techniques in neuro-symbolic machine learning (incl. LLMs, logic programming, and hyperdimensional computing), social/cognitive sciences, and linguistics to understand and build socially-competent and safe AI.

In his consulting work, he combines a decade of AI research with a decade of legal, business and ethical insights to help organizations integrate AI that is powerful, principled, and explainable.
